My Boat

This year I am studying boat building at the boat building acadamy in lyme regis and as i am going to build a speed boat over the next year i thought it would be nice to share my progress and give some info on what its all about. Again please if you have any questions please feel free to leave comments.

length: 14FT
Engine: 25hp
Outboard: Yamaha

The Speed Boat will primarily be built from 9mm marine ply which comes as 8"4' boards. so they will be scarfed together in order for me to complete the full length. I have lofted it and the build will start sometime soon next month.

This was one done on a previous course.
